There are many different kinds of hypnosis shows and hypnotists in Calgary and the rest of the world. This goes back to watching some video or seeing a live show. Get a hypnotist that is appropriate for your function. If you’re doing a Corporate and/or Family oriented show get someone that can deliver a clean show. Get a hypnotist like me that treats their volunteers and audience with respect and dignity.
Many XXX hypnotists resort to degrading people for cheap laughs to have a show. A good hypnotist can have an adult oriented show that does not resort to having volunteers strip and perform lewd acts with chairs and other objects on stage. That being said, there are people that contact me specifically for shows of that nature. I personally pass on them as I prefer to treat people with dignity and respect.
I’ve also had schools contacting me telling me how they hired a hypnotist for their school and the hypnotist did a XXX show because the organizers failed to ensure the hypnotist could do a clean show.
It’s up to you to make sure the Hypnotist is aware of what kind of show you want and it’s up to you to make sure they can deliver what you want (watch their video’s first).
